A few years ago, Evelyne sat down with her mom and said something that would change everything: “I want an agent.”

She wasn’t asking on a whim. Even at a young age, Evelyne had a deep love for performing. Whether dancing in the living room, acting out scenes with friends, or creating her own characters, she was already expressing her creativity in big, bold ways. But now, she was ready for something more. She wanted to take the leap and share her passion with a wider audience.

The only challenge?
Her mom—me—had absolutely no idea how this industry worked.

We had no connections in the world of acting, dance, or modeling. No idea how to get an agent. No idea what to expect. But what we did have was curiosity, determination, and a belief that when a child expresses a dream, the best thing you can do is listen—and then learn how to support it.

So, I started asking questions.
I reached out to friends and colleagues. I spoke with parents whose kids were in the performing arts. I researched, made calls, and slowly pieced together a picture of what this world looked like—and how we might enter it thoughtfully and responsibly.

Eventually, we found the perfect guide to help us navigate this new territory: Menina Fortunato, a respected industry mentor and dance professional with a passion for helping young performers thrive. Through her mentorship, Evelyne has gained insight, direction, and opportunities to grow her craft in ways that are both exciting and grounded.

Today, Evelyne continues to train, perform, and explore new challenges in acting, dance, and modeling. And this website is part of her next step—an online home to share her journey, her growth, and her creative expression with the world.

We’re still learning as we go. But one thing is clear: when you follow a spark with care and intention, it can light up an entire path forward.

Thanks for being part of Evelyne’s journey—we’re just getting started.
